Virtual Buddhist Meditation & Teaching

Free
Geshe Phelgye teaching at the Buddhist Institute of Universal Compassion

Sunday Buddhist Meditation & Teaching via Zoom:

Learn Buddhist Meditation, Philosophy and chat with Ven. Prof. Geshela Phelgye

Everyone who is interested is welcome to join us at the Buddhist Institute as we study Universal Compassion, Buddhist philosophy, practice meditation, pray for happiness for oneself as well as for world peace.

We ask that everyone who attends the teaching at the Buddhist Institute wear a mask, take their temperature beforehand, and practice safe social distancing protocols. Teachings will also take place live via Zoom, this way everyone near and far can participate.

We are currently studying the great Bodhisattva Shantideva’s Bodhisattvacharyavatara (Guide to a Bodhisattva’s Way of Life),  which you can pick up a copy of here on Amazon. You are encouraged to take notes and ask questions.
